The app describes how to perform the exercises correctly, and also demonstrates them in short videos. 7 Minute Fitness Challenge is based on high-intensity circuit training and backed by peer-reviewed scientiﬁc research. The activity calendar tracks your performance and motivates you to carry on. The app acts as your coach, telling you exactly what to do and when, including when it’s time to rest.
