How Being Yourself Can Help You Future-Proof Your Job

Judi Holler on why it is smart to be your most authentic self in the workplace.

In this digital age, a common fear is that the robots are coming to take everybody’s job. But according to Judi Holler, personal branding speaker, performance coach, and speaker at Convening Leaders 2018, branding oneself in an authentic way can help individuals stand out among the competition — both human and robotic.

“There has never been a more important time in life, in this age of disruption, to really embrace the fact that we are human beings, not human doings,” Holler told Convene‘s David McMillin at Convening Leaders 2018’s Mash-Up Studio. “I think people get stopped at the beginning because we have so much fear around putting ourselves out there.”
